1. Understanding the basics

Our first step will be to get you to understand the interaction between your body and what you put into it.

2. Your personal food profile

Wat kind of foodie are you? We need to find out what flavors, dishes, cuisines, textures etc. you prefer, before we start planning anything else. Also, do you like to cook?

3. Taking action

In a third step we’ll be looking at practical ways to apply the principles we have learned in the previous sessions. Taking into account your food profile.

4. Kitchen clean up

Organizing your kitchen and knowing how to stock up on essentials is a prerequisite for getting and keeping yourself on the right track. We will also learn how to make a grocery list.

5. Doing groceries

We make our way to your favorite grocery store and learn how to do groceries. As you already know how to read labels by now, you are good on your way to making the right choices.

6. Cooking time

We can do online sessions on how you can meal/food prep, or we can do it together in person. Remember, cooking is bonding 😉.
