When taking the pulse on the state of our health, there is not very much to be proud of, as we are clearly stuck in a downwards spiral that is taking us further and further away from our health - our sovereignty. Because, no human can function optimally and take ownership of their life, if what they carry with them is a weak, sick body.

It is time for a different approach. One that is going to allow you to actually achieve sustainable results. Therefore, my coaching approach is all about assisting you in getting on a new track through the conscious adaptation of your belief system in relation to food and health.
